With our hectic schedules, taking the time to unwind is essential – ideally while surrounded by desired objects and sensual indulgences. Aiding in this endeavor is diptyque’s pop-up store in Central. Launched this week, the shop is dedicated to the brand’s newly released Le Sablier hourglass diffuser, although other home fragrances and candles are also available.

Setting foot in the cleverly executed space, you are instantly transported from the bustling city and immersed in a rare piece of heaven. Pique your senses by ambling through the shop’s six sections to experience each of the diffuser’s distinctive scents – Baies, Gingembre, Fleur d’Oranger, Roses, Figuier and 34 Boulevard Saint-Germain. Then, embark on an aural journey via the shop’s sound installation. Put on one of the pairs of the headphones available to take in four different sounds that enhance the relaxing atmosphere created by the scents.
