With meticulous attention to detail, Rebecca James Studio brings to life a stunning new renovation project in Porchester.

Rebecca James and her team specialize in luxury interior design projects worldwide. Inspired by fashion and art, they design refined, balanced and harmonious spaces.

In this colorful oasis in London, Rebecca James Studio transformed the client's property into a family home that would serve both as an entertaining space and a home for the entire family. From the subtle nods to Art Deco to the bold contemporary artwork, every aspect of Porchester reflects the clients' unique style. Taking a year to complete, the renovation was meticulously planned and executed.

The ground floor boasts bold prints and colors that gradually dissipate as you move up through the house to tranquil bedrooms. A striking Nobilis wallpaper, an elegant bannister sculpture and chandelier from Glustin Luminaires, a Novocastrian mirror, and an Italian ebonized bench from the 1950s make a bold statement in the entrance hall.

Rebecca James draws inspiration from her clients' personality and style, creating spaces that are daring, refined, and unique. The Porchester project features an array of bespoke furniture, statement lighting fixtures and standout accessories sourced from all over the world. The living room boasts a bespoke Sedilia Sennen sofa, Tabouret Bon bon by Caitriona Manoury, vintage triple horned brass and glass coffee table, and 1950's Giulia Veronese Perla chairs with cushions by Nobilis and Lelievre. The black console table is an Arch Console by Pietro Francheschini, while the wall lights are brass and teak 1950's French pieces.

The kitchen features Bergboms 1960's ceiling lights, custom cabinetry by Andrea Felice, Falkenbergs 1960's Swedish wall lights, and a dining table by Graham and Green with Andrew Martin chairs upholstered in Dedar fabric.

The master bedroom showcases a bespoke bed with a Holland and Sherry throw and a Tufenkian rug. The bed is flanked by bespoke bedside tables with Kjell Much and Jonas Hilde 1970's pendant lights overhead. The Plaster mirrors by Vincent Vauban above the bed create a striking focal point, while the Max Ingrand Fontana Arte Dahlia wall lights create a soft ambiance. The accompanying bathroom features a Victoria and Albert bath and Samuel Heath shower with a bespoke sink unit and Phillip Jeffries wallpaper.

Porchester is a testament to Rebecca James Studio's ability to create stunning spaces that reflect their clients' tastes and personalities. From the subtle nods to Art Deco to the bold contemporary artwork, every aspect of Porchester reflects the clients' unique style. The end result is a harmonious and inviting space that functions equally well as a family home and a place for entertaining.
