The TokyoLima Usagi, which means TokyoLima’s rabbit in Japanese, arrives at the sophisticated Lyndhurst Terrace eatery famous for their delicate interpretations of Japanese and Peruvian flavours.

Curated by Pirata Groups’ Peruvian culinary director, Chef Arturo, this Nikkei dish is made of tamago, a soft Japanese omelette, that sits on a bed of spicy teriyaki sauce complete with almond flakes, shiso and pickled kiuri. Designed to be shared among a large group, the dish is available all Easter weekend with their brunch menu.
