Championing a culinary ethos centred on Mediterranean-influenced and seasonal flavours, Breeze Bistro is an inviting haven away from the bustling city centre. A convivial bar area and open-air seating cultivate a bright and airy vibe, complete with pet-friendly tables right next to the open windows.
The restaurant channels the laid-back spirit of the Mediterranean, evoking leisurely lunches next to sparkling azure waters and sunset cocktails paired with views of the sun setting behind the horizon.
Offering alongside the inviting ambience is a Mediterranean-influenced menu created by Head Chef Chris Gill, who brings over 15 years of culinary experience from French fine dining to casual bistros.
Drawing from Hong Kong’s broad variety of local and imported ingredients, Chef Gill has created a menu that takes cues from the Mediterranean diet that’s equal parts healthy and delicious – from starters, mains, sides to bar snacks for grazing paired with wine and craft cocktails. Highlights include Fresh Oysters, Bone Marrow with OX Tongue, Beef Ravioli with Wild Mushrooms, Chilled Angel Hair with Truffle and Kombu, and Butternut Squash Risotto with Asparagus.
