Taichung is solidifying its position as Taiwan’s new design and luxury hotspot, with the Alioth Palace leading the way.
The city’s skyline is set for a stunning transformation as Lien Jade Real Estate, one of Taiwan’s leading luxury developers, unveils plans for Alioth Palace. Conceived by Milan-based architecture firm ACPV, this pair of 51-story residential towers is poised to become the tallest in the city.
Located in the vibrant 7th District, the project aims to fuse urban sophistication with serene living. It is reported that two of its penthouses, spanning 3,000 square feet, were sold for HK$24 million.
The towers will rise from a sprawling 6,079-square-meter site, featuring a central courtyard garden spanning over 3,305 square meters. Overlooking the scenic Maple Garden Park, each residence offers breathtaking views through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.
Long celebrated as Taiwan’s cultural and culinary capital, Taichung is rapidly evolving into a cosmopolitan hub. Real estate values in the city climbed 12.8% in 2024.
