In the dining room, a minimalist black-bronze pendant light serves as a focal point and effectively divides the space. Bronze details on the back wall create an elegant layered effect. The open bar area seamlessly connects the dining room to the kitchen, ensuring a smooth flow between the two spaces.

To harmonise with the bustling urban landscape outside, the designer, Maggy, chose a minimalist style that effortlessly complements the surroundings. The clean lines, sleek alignments and neutral colour palette create a modern and sophisticated aesthetic. Natural light is strategically incorporated throughout the design, enhancing the overall atmosphere.

The challenge of the penthouse's long living and dining room layout was brilliantly addressed by Maggy through the use of furniture to create distinct functional areas. The incorporation of white and grey tones fosters a cosy atmosphere, while clearly defining the purpose of each area. Pet-friendly flooring tiles were thoughtfully chosen to accommodate the family's furry companion.

In the pursuit of maintaining the penthouse's pristine condition, Maggy replaced the original stairs with wooden materials. This decision not only adds to the overall aesthetic, but also makes maintenance easier. To maximise storage space, full-height cabinets were strategically placed between the stairs, in the master bedroom, study room and closet.
