An array of exotic cacti and succulents adds a touch of nature indoors, while the staircase serves as both a functional and aesthetic centrepiece, doubling as seating for musical gatherings. Underfloor heating and natural parquet flooring enhance the room's warmth and elegance.

Inspired by Bashkortostan's rugged mountains, a stone wall crafted from architectural concrete creates an enchanting play of light, particularly during summer and autumn evenings. This feature is complemented by "Ural Stones," a series of symbolic paintings by a local Bashkir artist.

The kitchen, once an outdoor terrace, now offers a harmonious blend of indoor-outdoor living with expansive windows and a convenient entry to an external courtyard. The central island transitions smoothly from dining to cooking, equipped with a built-in extractor fan. A contrasting wood-toned wall houses modern appliances and quartz worktops, ensuring both functionality and style. Adjacent, a vandal-resistant sofa encourages relaxed conversation, underlined by paintings that reflect the homeowner's pursuit of harmony and perfection.

A distinctive flooring transition from ceramic granite to parquet unifies the space, while a 30-square-metre dressing room replaces traditional storage solutions. Organised into male and female sections, this area features a makeup station by the window and a sink for various household needs. The design prioritises practicality with closed cabinets and integrated appliances like an ironing board and steamer.

The main bathroom blends wood with black ceramic granite, creating a tranquil retreat with a standalone bathtub and sliding glass partitions for comfort and privacy. Strategically placed shelves add functionality, while blinds allow for natural light without compromising privacy.

Throughout the home, a concealed sound system with built-in speakers offers seamless smartphone connectivity, providing an immersive audio experience tailored to each room.
