A £18.5 million duplex blending mid-century modern design with Mayfair heritage is now available at 60 Curzon.
60 Curzon, a collection of boutique residences in Mayfair, has introduced a newly designed duplex apartment priced at £18.5 million. Created by architecture and interior design studio De Rosee Sa, the home combines mid-century modern design elements with Mayfair’s historic elegance.

Situated on the former site of the Mirabelle restaurant, the two-storey residence is one of three apartments in the development with access to a communal woodland-inspired garden, designed by landscape architects Gustafson and Porter + Bowman.

The 4,550 sq. ft. duplex features three bedrooms and a double-height reception room with garden views. Interiors include Philip Jeffries Manila Hemp wallpaper, furniture pieces such as a custom Arabescato Orobico Grigio marble coffee table, and accents of cerulean blue, dusty pink, and deep red. A grand piano serves as a focal point in the living area, designed with social gatherings in mind.

The kitchen pairs traditional English craftsmanship with contemporary elements, featuring soft blue cabinetry, white marble surfaces, and rattan pendant lights by GUBI. Adjacent to it, the media room includes teal walls, a custom dusty pink U-shaped sofa, and a 1950s brass Sputnik chandelier, creating a cohesive yet distinct space.

Upstairs, the principal suite features custom wardrobe doors clad in Dedar iris wall fabric, a velvet daybed, and a limewashed Bauwerk backdrop. The secondary bedrooms are characterized by curated furnishings, vintage pieces, and artworks sourced from contemporary galleries.

The apartment includes bespoke furnishings and commissioned artwork by artists such as Jon Harvey, Philip Maltman, and Kim Bartelt. Residents will also have access to amenities, including a pool, gym, treatment rooms, a club lounge, and temperature-controlled storage for items such as wines and cigars.
The duplex at 60 Curzon is now available for £18.5 million.
