In this nature-themed restaurant, Chef Eric Räty combines French technique with premium Japanese ingredients. Award-winning design studio Yabu Pushelberg imagined Arbor as a tranquil forest getaway where a poet and a cook welcome visitors for a fine meal to escape the chaos of Central. An ethereal atmosphere is created by forest-themed art covering the walls of the lounge and private rooms, complemented by wooden floors that match the table material. The dining rooms are filled with blushing colors and high ceilings, with an open balcony overlooking the city.
