Odin Hills, a luxury residential development in Niseko, has unveiled two new villa designs that integrate Japanese wellness elements into contemporary living. The J-Series and K-Series villas are positioned with views of Mount Yotei and the Hokkaido landscape.

The J-Series offers four to five bedrooms with an all-ensuite arrangement designed for multiple generations. The first floor contains king-size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, while an onsen-inspired spa area with integrated sauna serves as a wellness retreat.

The K-Series spans two levels with four bedrooms. Both villa types incorporate onsen-style spa rooms and traditional Genkan entryways into contemporary designs. The homes combine warm and natural materials with practical layouts for comfort, function and wellbeing.

Residents access the Odin Hills Clubhouse, which dedicates an entire floor to wellness facilities. These include communal and private Japanese onsen, a cold plunge, a swimming pool, a gym, multi-purpose space, and a dining lounge and bar.
The development blends modern design with traditional Japanese elements in a living environment that combines alpine design with Japanese aesthetics. The villas are available for purchase now, starting from JPY 94 million (around HK$4.97 million).
