This luxurious home is located in the stunning coastal area of the Southern District of Hong Kong Island and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and surrounding beauty. The homeowner's vision for the redecoration was clear – opulence, warmth, and comfort in every detail were a must for this four-bedroom, two-living room home.

Home to a family of four, the family members worked with the talented interior designer Ken Leung of Hei Design to create a sense of exclusivity and privacy.  Leung said, "Originally, the living room and the foyer were linked, leaving the room fully exposed when the door is opened. However, after the renovation, the foyer now has its own separate entrance. The pathway to the dining room has also been modified, this change leads you to turn left first, ultimately enhancing privacy and elevating the overall look of the space."

The entrance area is designed with semi-transparent art glass, which brings in natural light and creates a subtle visual effect, achieving a low-key luxurious atmosphere.

The living room has a cosy feel, thanks to its soft tones and curved features. The design team also added a touch of elegance by incorporating delicately textured art glass.

The materials used in the room follow those in the hall, with furniture, cabinets, and doors featuring a textured cloth finish that is cleverly paired with art glass. The textured cloth finish has a soft visual texture that helps to soften the hard lines of the furniture and cabinets. Whether in the hall or the room, the cloth-textured walls are used extensively throughout, creating a cohesive and harmonious overall design.
