Executed by CS Architecture, the "37 East 12th Street" building in Manhattan, New York is transformed into a simple and neat residential space.
Located in Greenwich Village, the historic building, once a 19th-century printing factory in Greenwich Village, was thoughtfully reimagined by CS Architecture. The result? A stunning townhouse, duplex penthouse, and four-bedroom oasis. The top-floor residence has a direct lift to protect the privacy of its inhabitants. The building's original exposed original brick columns add depth, while a white colour palette creates a sleek ambiance. Wood floors, cloth sofas, and wooden furniture add warmth and texture. The interior's lighting is exceptional, highlighting the American home design flair.
