While The Morgan luxury Mid-Levels condominium opened to much fanfare last year, developer Phoenix Property Investors has only just announced the completion of the property’s crown jewel. Designed by Robert Cheng, founder of Singapore-based design practice Brewin Design Office, the Penthouse spans all 3,962 square-feet of the entire 30th floor, offering its residents unparalleled views of Victoria Harbour as well as the Peak behind.

Served by dual entrances and its own lift lobby, the Penthouse features an open floor plan that encompasses fluid living and dining areas to accommodate the entertaining needs of its residents and adapt to gatherings large and small. Bedrooms, meanwhile, are themed and furnished with subtle finishes and original fixtures and designs as selected by Cheng.

Outdoor living was given equal consideration as the interior in the Penthouse’s design, and its 1,461-sq-ft outdoor terrace was expressly designed as an extension of the living room.
