Nestled within a dramatic 0.74 acres in Westchester County, some 50 minutes from New York—you wouldn’t be able to tell, though, judging from the surrounding hilly landscape and towering deciduous trees—the 4-bedroom home that just went on the market for US$2.2 million was designed by the photographer himself in 1948 with the assistance from two acclaimed architects, Abraham Geller, and George Nemeny.

Beautiful warm-hued wood is the material du jour, found peppered in every corner and room, from its flooring to the furniture alike, creating a beautiful contrast against the stark-white walls and lush greenery that surrounds the home in the springtime.
