Glacier Equities reimagines 62 condominium residences within Northern Lights, a pre-war historic gem in Queens.
Built in 1926, the buildings feature expansive pre-war architectural designs, including a private garden oasis in the enclosed courtyard. The revamp introduces a forthcoming new suite of amenities, along with newly re-designed hallways, lobbies and other common areas.
