“Most other mixed-use developments typically separate the residential units as a building by itself, or they will locate the offices or hotels at the top. Many developments in this area have over 300 units, but Wallich Residence has only 181 units, which makes it extra exclusive,” saysMr Leong Boon Hoe, Chief Operating Officer of List Sotheby’s International Realty, Singapore, one of the agencies marketing the property.

Located in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District directly above the Tanjoing Pagar MRT station, the Residence offers convenient access to major expressways, the Changi International Airport, Marina Bay, and Singapore’s main shopping belt, Orchard Road. It includes four levels of generous recreational facilities, including a two, glass observation decks at level 62, which present panoramic views from the city’s most elevated spot.

Residents of Wallich Residence enjoy the convenience of being located within Guoco Tower, which includes over 31 storeys of Grade A office spaces, the five-star Sofitel Singapore City Centre business hotel, 100,000 square-feet of retail and dining outlets in a six-storey retail podium, and a 150,000-square-feet, landscaped urban park.

“A Wallich resident will be able to be part of the community at the urban park, where various organised and informal activities take place. There is also a distinctive mix of F&B outlets, with many new-to-market brands which have made successful debuts. Residents will also enjoy the housekeeping, laundry and room services of Sofitel,” explains Leong.
