The £9bn project will see the creation of a vibrant, mixed-use destination offering a community of over 4,000 homes, shops, restaurants, offices, culture and leisure venues, as well as 19 acres of public space, all serviced by an extension to the London Underground Northern Line. The apartments at the Power Station has seen continued demand from Hong Kong buyers, with a new sales and marketing suite set up in Hong Kong. The duplex apartments lie on the 11th and 12th floor and to access them, two scenic glass lifts rise rapidly from the lobby taking one to a top-lit sky lobby at the base of the famous chimneys. Each apartment has floor to ceiling glass windows, access to private roof terraces and interiors by renowned design-led practice Michaelis Boyd.

Circus West Village, the first chapter of Battersea Power Station's regeneration, is already a thriving riverside destination, having welcomed over three million people in the past 12 months. The Grade II* listed Power Station, the second phase of the development, will house over 253 new residential apartments, 100 shops, restaurants and cafes, a 2,000-person capacity events venue and new office spaces, 500,000 sq ft of which will be home to Apple’s new London Campus. The building will open to the public in 2021.
