One of the most prominent figures in Hong Kong’s art scene is undoubtedly Katie de Tilly. With her tall stature and warm demeanour, the owner of 10 Chancery Lane Gallery and Co-President of the Hong Kong Art Gallery Association cuts an easily recognisable figure at any exhibition opening, buoying the careers of many an Asian artist as is the curatorial focus of her gallery above Central.

However, when not working the art crowd, Katie retires to her California-inspired family home that couldn’t possibly be further from the rest of the world, hidden high up in the hills surrounding Sai Kung. Due to be featured in our upcoming Art Issue in March, take a peek of the Golden State native’s home while she also provides expert advice on how to acquire and display art pieces within the home.
